The Photography
Photography for me is not looking, it’s feeling. If you can’t feel what you’re looking at, then you’re never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures.
Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.
To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place… I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them.
Beauty can be seen in all things, seeing and composing the beauty is what separates the snapshot from the photograph.
Look and think before opening the shutter. The heart and mind is the true lens of the camera.
Great photography is about depth of feeling, not depth of field.
Life is like a camera. Just focus on what’s important and capture the good times, develop from the negatives and if things don’t work out, just take another shot.
What i like about photographs is that they capture a moment that’s gone forever, impossible to reproduce.
THE ARTS
I love to look at art, I love to look at paintings, and I almost feel like the experience isn’t complete until I’ve made something of my own.
The artist is nothing without the gift, but the gift is nothing without work.
Creativity takes courage.
I dream my painting and I paint my dream.
Art is making something out of nothing, and selling it.
All you need to paint is a few tools, a little instruction, and a vision in your mind.
When you want to make the main color pure and bright, don’t just keep adding bright colors on it. Just make the colors around the spot darker and dull. It will give the scene dramatically effects. I think the life is the same.
A painting to me is primarily a verb, not a noun, an event first and only secondarily an image.
